Mount Kailash & Manasarovar Tour

Every traveler to Tibet must have a permit issued by the Chinese government. Tibet can be reached by vehicle in addition to flights between Kathmandu and Tibet. For many people, visiting Tibet on a tour is especially spiritual. Many tourists visit the two sacred pilgrimage sites of Kailash and Mansarovar, but the majority travel to Lhasa, where the renowned Potala Palace is situated on a hilltop overlooking the nation's capital. The Potala Palace used to be the Dalai Lamas' home as well as the site of Tibet's government administration. A must-see location on your Tibet tour is the building's transformation into a museum. A sacred location for Buddhists worldwide, the Potala Palace also serves as a representation of Tibetan Buddhism. The nation has distinct cultures and traditions of its own.

Travel to different regions of Tibet is frequently prohibited by the Chinese government, which causes unexpected changes in the itinerary. The preferred time to travel is during the summer months as winters are intensely cold because of its altitude, as Tibet is known as the 'Roof of the World'.
